Eligibility Requirements
- The Bikebac tracker must be registered within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The bike must be registered on Project 529 Garage and marked as missing on their platform.
- A police report must be filed with local law enforcement documenting the missing bike.

How to Claim
Contact our support team and provide the following:
 - Submit proof of original Bikebac tracker purchase.
- Submit confirmation of Project 529 Garage registration and missing bike report.
- Provide copy of police report or case number.

Claims must be submitted within 60 days from the date the bike was reported missing.

Reimbursement will be processed within 14 business days of receiving complete documentation.
