NOTE: We have had reports of problems with the Find My app on devices running iOS 17 and prior.
Please ensure your device is updated to iOS 18 following these steps: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/118575
If you are experiencing problems when pairing your tracker, please try the following steps:
Press and hold the button, after 3 seconds it will beep, continue holding until it beeps again, after about 6 seconds.
Then follow the pairing steps again.
If problems persist:
Restart your iPhone or iPad. https://support.apple.com/en-ca/118259
Try pairing procedure again.
