Eligibility Requirements
– The Bikebac tracker must be registered within 30 days of the original purchase date.
– The bike must be registered on Project 529 Garage and marked as missing on their platform.
– A police report must be filed with local law enforcement documenting the missing bike.

How to Claim
Contact our support team and provide the following:
– Submit proof of original Bikebac tracker purchase.
– Submit confirmation of Project 529 Garage registration and missing bike report.
– Provide copy of police report or case number.

Claims must be submitted within 60 days from the date the bike was reported missing.

Reimbursement will be processed within 14 business days of receiving complete documentation.

I won't ride without one
I have one on my bike, one on my sons bike and they work so well I put one in my truck. I spent $2500 on my bike and for $40 I can know where it is 24/7. That's a great deal.

Waited a long time for the android version to be available. Thank you Bikebac! It is easy to use for sure. Love that you can hide it under your water bottle or seat. I can spend some time resting at a shop or trail end by the lake and not have to feel like I need to sit with the bikes. Even with a lock on it we worried that someone would walk off with our bikes and never let them out of our sight. Not any more because you have given us that extra feeling of safety and security to enjoy the whole ride!
