The Bikebac tracker used Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to relay it’s location using billions of Apple devices, back to you. When it’s within 100ft of an Apple device, it’s location data will be updated.

Eligibility Requirements
– The Bikebac tracker must be registered within 30 days of the original purchase date.
– The bike must be registered on Project 529 Garage and marked as missing on their platform.
– A police report must be filed with local law enforcement documenting the missing bike.

How to Claim
Contact our support team and provide the following:
– Submit proof of original Bikebac tracker purchase.
– Submit confirmation of Project 529 Garage registration and missing bike report.
– Provide copy of police report or case number.

Claims must be submitted within 60 days from the date the bike was reported missing.

Reimbursement will be processed within 14 business days of receiving complete documentation.

I own an E-bike Rental business on the shore of The Bay Fundy In the village of St Martins. Great product!!
I’ve been looking at trackers for awhile now and when I saw this one I was immediately sold on the idea. It was easy to install and blends right into my bike. Peace of mind
I have had two trackers for some time. Almost a fit and forget item. Easy to check on my iOS devices for location and battery levels. Easy to fit using the special screws and tool, one under the water bottle and one under the seat using the screw holes provided by Specialzed. Easy to change the battery.
